FunFitness™ provides fun physical fitness programs for children ages 2-17. Your child(ren) will be constantly engaged in active games and group activities. These activities are designed to strengthen their bodies, increase stamina, and improve flexibility and hand-eye coordination. In addition to the physical benefits of this program, children will build self-esteem, gain self-confidence, and develop the ability to interact in a group environment. Children will also have the opportunity to earn health and fitness awards from the President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports based on individual participation.

The breakdown of the classes is as follows:

  • Warm up game
  • Dynamic Stretching
  • Individual and group games (stations, relays and obstacle course)
  • Cool down (Static Stretching)
  • Mat Chat (Talking about respect, trying your best, the golden rule, etc.)

Programs generally run 25 minutes with 5 minutes for transition time between groups. Programs can also be catered towards a specific time if required. Minimum group size is 9 children. Maximum group size is 15 for one instructor. Over 15 require two instructors.

Each child is a superstar and has an athlete inside them. Our job as parents and educators is to show then how to bring out their greatness and the superstar within. A child with a strong body and mind will grow up to become a confident, successful adult. FunFitness™ is one pathway to your child's health and fitness goal
