The proper development of a young athlete is not a matter of basic physical fitness. Pediatric exercise science and the nature of programming for both pre-pubescent and pubescent athletes is not a topic found in a typical college exercise science curriculum. FunFitness™ is not your typical personal training and fitness organization. FunFitness's™ youth athlete training specialists will create functional conditioning and training programs designed to your child's specific sport or activity. Our programs range from an individual child who wants general fitness strengthening and stretching routines to nationally ranked specific sports teams. Your child or team will learn and demonstrate exercises and games that functionally strengthen the entire body, from the neck, to lower back, to knees. The focus is on the overall conditioning of the body. Your conditioning sessions will be designed around global athletic development and stimulus. This means that your children will increase their overall body strength, speed, flexibility, lung and heart power. Our goal is to ensure that every child has the opportunity to reach his or her individual or team goals. We are here to help.
