I understand that participation in physical education, sports, fitness activities, games, running, jumping, stretching, and other physical activities involves inherent risks, including falls, collisions, sprains, strains, bruises, broken bones, and other injuries.

By allowing my child to participate, I voluntarily assume these risks and agree to release and hold harmless Fun Fitness, its owners, coaches, employees, volunteers, and representatives from claims arising from ordinary risks associated with participation, to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.

I understand that this waiver does not apply to conduct that cannot legally be waived.
