Fun Fitness Terms & Conditions

By registering for, booking, purchasing, or participating in a Fun Fitness program, class, training session, workshop, or outdoor activity, the parent or legal guardian agrees to the following terms.
Registration & Participation
Fun Fitness provides youth fitness, sports, outdoor recreation, enrichment, and skill-building programs. Programs may include group fitness, sports instruction, agility training, fishing, camping and outdoor skills, and other recreational or educational activities.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for providing accurate registration, emergency contact, medical, and participant information before their child participates.
​
Program age or grade requirements must be followed unless Fun Fitness has approved an exception.
Parent/Guardian Responsibility
A parent or legal guardian must complete all required registration forms and waivers for participating minors.
​
Parents and guardians are welcome to remain at the activity location unless otherwise stated for a particular program.
​
Parents are responsible for ensuring that their child arrives with appropriate clothing, footwear, water, sun protection, and any other items identified for the activity.
Health & Safety
Parents and guardians are responsible for informing Fun Fitness of any medical condition, allergy, injury, physical limitation, behavioral concern, or other circumstance that may affect their child's safe participation.

Fun Fitness reserves the right to modify or stop an activity when necessary for the safety of a participant or the group.
​
Participation in physical fitness, sports, fishing, camping, and outdoor activities involves inherent risks. A separate Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk Agreement must be completed before participation.
Supervision & Conduct
Fun Fitness strives to provide a positive, encouraging, and age-appropriate environment.
​
Participants are expected to follow instructor directions, use equipment appropriately, respect other participants, and follow safety rules.
​
Fun Fitness reserves the right to contact a parent or guardian or remove a child from an activity when behavior creates a safety concern for the child, instructors, or other participants.
Outdoor Programs & Locations
Some Fun Fitness programs take place at parks, athletic fields, fishing areas, or other public outdoor locations.
​
Locations may vary by session and will be communicated to registered families.
​
Outdoor activities may be changed, postponed, relocated, or canceled because of severe weather, unsafe field or water conditions, facility closures, or other circumstances outside of Fun Fitness's control.
Booking & Payment
Payment is due according to the pricing and payment terms shown when the service is booked.
​
Registration is not guaranteed until the booking and required payment or funding authorization have been completed.
​
For programs paid through an eligible scholarship or direct-pay program, families remain responsible for completing any required authorization or documentation.
Cancellations & Missed Sessions
Because spaces in many Fun Fitness programs are limited, families should provide as much notice as possible when a child will miss a scheduled session.
​
Refunds, credits, rescheduling, and cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy displayed for the specific service at the time of booking.
​
If Fun Fitness cancels a session, families will be notified and, when appropriate, offered a rescheduled session, credit, or other available option.
Program Changes
Fun Fitness may make reasonable changes to instructors, activities, locations, schedules, or program content when necessary.
​
Activities may also be modified based on the age, ability, experience, safety needs, weather conditions, or needs of the participating group.
Photography & Media
Fun Fitness will not rely on these Terms & Conditions as permission to photograph or publish images of a child.
​
Parents or legal guardians will be provided a separate Photo & Video Release where they may grant or decline permission.
Personal Property
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Fun Fitness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items except where required by law.
Website Use
Information on the Fun Fitness website is provided for general informational and registration purposes. Program descriptions, schedules, pricing, and availability may change.

Website content, branding, graphics, photographs, and original materials belonging to Fun Fitness may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Participation-related risks and releases are addressed separately in the Fun Fitness Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk Agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
